1.Application: 
We developed VT-16B solder roll machine with reference to the international advanced technology in this field. It's mainly apply to the rolling of lead-free tin solder wire, can be customized for solid tin solder wire, solid flux solder wire and liquid flux cord solder wire. zinc alloy wire, silver alloy Babbitt alloy wire some special hard alloy wire rolling etc.( Patent No: ZL 2009 20222924 7)

Breif Introduction
1)Machine structure: VT-16B rolling machine is make up of wire take-up shaft, wire adjusting device, rolling device, pay-off device, cooling & lubricating system, drive system and electric control system. 


2)Electric control: Controlled by inverter, speed change per different wire diameters. 
 
Advantage (compare with the drawing machine)
(1)Make high density solder wire, because of its scientific up and down, right and left 4 sides rolling structure design, it makes the solder wire with good quality and good soldering ability, Good for later drawing process, avoid the wire breakage problem.


(2)High efficiency, very easy for wire inlet, not same as drawing machine which need make wire inlet go through too many dies. Large wire diameter inlet finish as small wire diameter . Rolling speed can be adjusted by inverter.

(3) PLC control, high-tech operation, the designed technical data can be set into the PLC and craft can be controlled precisely, converter control, more stable and easier .


(4)Very durable Roller, the roller has been processed with many special process to reach its hardness for rolling very hard alloys, our rolling machine not only process tin solder wire, but silver wire, Babbitt alloy and other very hard alloy wire as well.




(5)There is a weighter installed to record how much materials been used, with precise material consumption measure control system connecting with the PLC, very helpful for managing material consumption situation and output situation.

(6)Low noise: because of its special roller structure, not only make the solder wire with tighter quality but make nearly no noise.  However, it is an inevitable disadvantage of the drawing machine. While roll machine can well solved this problem and make lower noise. The noise of the traditional drawing machine comes from the shaking wire clash the dies and roller. This is due to the corresponding slide of the wire and roller. The wire will be easily broken if without this kind of slide. So rolling machine is sure to replace drawing machine at a great point.

(7)Low Energy consumption

There's four ways of energy consumption for the wire drawing machine:
a) Wire getting smaller and smaller and give heat by distortion;
b) Wire clash the roller and give heat by attrition; 
c) Wire pass through the dies and give heat by distortion; 
d)Wire pass through the dies and give heat by attrition.
